Terms of Use

This page is a general Terms draft written in plain language. It should receive a final legal review before public launch.

These Terms of Use apply to your use of the AYLUVI app and the AYLUVI website, together referred to as the service. By using the service you agree to these Terms.

The provider of the service is AYLUVI, Sebahatin Siourous, Karl-Köglspergerstr. 23, 80939 München, Germany. Contact: helloayluvi@hotmail.com.

AYLUVI helps you turn personal photos, intentions and small rituals into text and card designs you can keep or share. The current version includes Moments, Manifest and Rituals, together with templates, a library and sharing options.

Features may be added, changed or removed as the service develops.

You must be at least 16 years old to use AYLUVI. If you are younger, please do not use the service or create an account.

Some features require an account. When you register, please provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential.

You are responsible for activity that happens through your account where that activity is within your control. If you believe your account has been used without your permission, please contact us.

You can use parts of AYLUVI as a guest without an account. Guest content is linked to the device and session you are using and may be lost if the app data is cleared or the app is reinstalled. When you later create an account, existing guest content may be connected to that account.

Photos, intentions, notes and other material you provide remain yours. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to the content you use, including rights concerning other people shown in a photo.

To provide the service, we need a limited permission to process your content: to store it where the feature requires it, to send it to the processing providers used to generate text, and to render, export and share the result at your request. This permission is limited to operating the service and ends when the content is deleted, except where we are legally required to retain something.

We do not use your personal content to promote AYLUVI publicly without your separate consent.

Text in AYLUVI is generated automatically. Generated results can be inaccurate, unsuitable, repetitive or unexpected. Please review anything you keep or share.

We do not guarantee any particular quality, originality, availability or outcome of generated results.

AYLUVI is intended for personal reflection, creativity and entertainment. It does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, financial or legal advice, and generated content must not be treated as such.

If you have concerns about your health, finances or legal situation, please consult a qualified professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

When using AYLUVI, please do not:

• upload content you have no right to use, or content showing other people without their agreement
• create or share content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, violent or sexually explicit
• upload sexual content involving minors, or any content that exploits or endangers minors
• use the service to encourage self-harm or to harm others
• attempt to bypass usage limits, payment requirements, security measures or technical protections
• reverse engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with the service or its infrastructure
• use the service for automated, bulk or commercial resale purposes without our agreement

The AYLUVI name, branding, software, design system and templates are protected and remain the property of the provider or its licensors. Using the service does not transfer any ownership in them to you.

You may use exported cards you create for personal purposes, including sharing them on social platforms, as long as you comply with these Terms.

AYLUVI offers a free version with limited usage and a paid AYLUVI Pro version with expanded usage, premium templates and branding removal. The exact scope of each version may change as the service develops, and we will describe the current scope in the app.

AYLUVI Pro is sold as a subscription through the app store you use, currently Google Play or the Apple App Store. Payment is collected by that store under its own terms, not directly by AYLUVI.

Prices, billing periods and any free trial are shown before you confirm the purchase. If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel before it ends, the paid period begins as described at purchase.

Where the plan you select is an auto-renewing subscription, it renews automatically for further periods until it is cancelled.

You can cancel at any time in the subscription settings of your Google Play or Apple account. Cancellation takes effect according to the rules of that store.

Deleting your AYLUVI account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Please cancel the subscription in the store as well.

After a cancellation, Pro access generally continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, subject to store rules and applicable law.

Refunds are handled by the store that processed your payment, under that store’s rules. Mandatory statutory consumer rights, including any statutory right of withdrawal that applies to you, remain unaffected.

We aim to keep AYLUVI available and working well, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, technical issues or changes at third-party providers can affect availability.

We may change, limit or discontinue features. Where a change would significantly reduce what you have paid for, we will inform you in an appropriate way.

You can stop using AYLUVI at any time and can request deletion of your account as described on the account and data deletion page.

We may suspend or terminate access in cases of serious or repeated misuse, unlawful activity, or attempts to compromise the service or other users. Where appropriate and reasonable, we will give notice first.

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where liability is mandatory under applicable law, including product liability law.

In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of an essential obligation whose fulfilment is necessary for the proper performance of the contract and on whose fulfilment you may reasonably rely, and in such cases only for the typical and foreseeable damage.

Any further liability is excluded.

If you are a consumer, mandatory German and EU consumer protection rights apply to you and are not restricted by these Terms. Where a clause in these Terms conflicts with such a mandatory right, the mandatory right prevails.

We may update these Terms, for example when features, providers or legal requirements change. The current version is always available in the app and on the AYLUVI website. If a change is significant, we will inform you in an appropriate way before it takes effect.
